• the three graces

Because my love for materials, in this case iron, I wanted to show the natural development of it and therefore I choose three graces AGLAIA-EUPHROSYNE-THALIA to represent the beauty of each stage and time.

silver: ‚aglaia‘ (= brightness) I merged the meaning of the grace aglaia with the properties of iron at its purest. In time she represents youth.

anthrazit: ‚euphrosyne‘ (= joy) The middle stage of iron which has the most uniform surface, I see ease and joy in it. In time she represents  the center of life.

rust: ‚thalia‘ (=bloom) Like rust is blooming so is not just the appearance but matureness and wisdom over time as well. In time she represents age.
